Customer Background
Enterprises, parks, stores and offices often need both access and attendance, but traditionally run two separate systems — access for passage, terminals for clocking — with doubled hardware and data. The BT platform takes attendance as the主线, keeping multi-tenant, personnel, credentials, rights groups, access, visitors, meetings and elevator control, while turning access logs into employee clock-in/out details.
It first builds a daily attendance base per tenant employee, then fills clock-in/out, device, duration, late/early-leave and miss from valid access events. Versus standalone terminals, the value is reusing access devices and avoiding duplicate deployment.
Pain Points
Duplicate hardware. Access and attendance as two systems double devices, wiring and O&M.
Fragmented data. Terminal and access records do not talk; HR manually reconciles, hard to align with group HR/OA.
Hard temporary-rights control. Visitors, meetings and temp staff rely on manual registration, weak on safety and traceability.
Hard to unify multi-store/org. Scattered staff, hard attendance checks, frequent store-rights changes, no HQ view.
DejaOS Solution
Attendance base & rules. Daily records per tenant/employee with configurable in/out/late/early rules as the basis for event-to-attendance.
Event-to-attendance. On successful access, write clock-in/out by person/date/point and compute duration and anomalies.
Query & export. Filter by employee/department/phone/date, export reports with device, hours, late/early/miss fields.
Personnel & credentials. Employees, org, tenant relations and face/card/QR/PIN credentials, with bulk import and northbound ID retention.
Rights groups. Bind person/device/door-number/time, supporting long-term staff and temporary visitor/meeting rights.
Device & model management. SN, model, sub-model, firmware, door-number, network and online status, adapted via local vgsdk.
Visitors & meetings. Invitations, time slots, QR passage and visit logs; meeting rooms, reservations, attendees and meeting-rights linkage.
Northbound integration. APIs for user/org/credential/right/device/visitor/meeting/access logs with personnel/org change callbacks; built-in vgsdk for multi-model and private deployment.
Expected Business Value
One hardware set for access and attendance. Employees clock in at the door, cutting duplicate build/O&M and unifying admin/HR/security data.
HR-ready reports. Details with date, employee, dept, in/out, device, hours, late/early/miss, removing manual tally.
No info silos. Personnel/org/credential/access/attendance data interworks with customer HR/OA/group systems for unified identity and attendance archive.
Extensible office hub. Beyond attendance, expand visitor/meeting reservation, temp rights, elevator-floor control and security audit for chains, HQs, parks and factories.
