Product Introduction The QT660 is a multifunction, multi-interface, compact scanner supporting USB, RS232 and TTL outputs.

General: USB/RS232/TTL; white LED; 0.3MP CMOS; 640×480; Windows/Linux/Android/Mac; embedded; window 52.4×42.4mm; PC/ABS+PC; white LED fill; 8-pin to USB / DB9 / FPC cable. Reading: QR, EAN, ISBN, CODE, UPC, ITF etc.; screen/paper; depth 0–100mm; ≥10mil; 30ms avg; 360°; FOV H76°/V50°. Electrical: DC 4.7–5.5V; 116.3mA (5V typ.); 581.5mW. Environment: ESD contact 4KV; -20 to 70°C; 0–80000Lux.

Wiring and connection diagrams (USB/RS232/TTL). Configuration: use the configuration tool; example USB-normal: select device → normal → USB keyboard → add CR → generate config code → scan → power-cycle (QT660 has no buzzer, so enable scan-flash).

Tools: M3×3mm self-tapping screws. Mount on four posts; remove by unscrewing. Avoid water and heavy shock.

(1) Cannot connect config tool → scan-to-configure. (2) No response (no buzzer) → set post-scan action to "white light off". (3) USB SDK demo → set developer mode "USB keyboard / the communication protocol". (4) Serial dev → use protocol on COM port.
