People access. Multi-modal face/QR/IC terminals per building. Permissions dispatch by department, role and tenant; visitors and contractors enter within authorized windows, with permissions auto-reclaimed on expiry.
Vehicle entry. ANPR at gates raises barriers automatically for authorized vehicles; unknown vehicles are captured and pushed to security. Supports monthly pass, temporary vehicles, truck appointments and more.
Visitor appointments. Hosts book via mini-program; visitors verify identity on the mini-program or kiosk and receive QR/face credentials that auto-expire — no manual security logs.
Patrol attendance. Officers tap NFC/QR checkpoints along preset routes; the console aggregates trajectories, missed points and dwell durations for audit and KPI.
Multi-building unified management
One console connects access and vehicle barriers across buildings. Permission templates dispatch by floor and tenant. Rental parks benefit most: new tenants select a template to go live, and reclamation is a one-click operation when leases end.
Integration with office and production systems
The solution exposes open APIs and event callbacks that integrate with OA, HR, production scheduling and lease management: onboarding auto-grants, offboarding auto-revokes, tenant changes follow contracts; coupled with energy, fire and parking billing, access data becomes part of daily operations.
Data and compliance
Access logs and vehicle entries are sensitive — encrypted at rest with role-based visibility. Employee and contractor entries should reconcile with HR and attendance, closing the gap between "on paper" and "on site".
Selection and deployment
Multi-tenant capability. Rental parks need permission template inheritance and override to avoid per-tenant configuration; mixed self-use plus rental is the toughest case.
Vehicle policy. Support for allowlist, denylist, temporary, truck appointments and auto-renewing monthly passes determines whether custom development is needed later.
