Can facial check-in prevent proxy signing?

Face recognition uses machine-vision liveness detection, so a non-person cannot check in — harder to proxy than paper signatures or QR codes. Critical meetings can add a card tap as a second factor.

How does meeting access control link up?

After a meeting is created and approved, the system automatically opens that room’s access during the meeting window; only invited and checked-in people may enter, and permissions are reclaimed afterward.
