Room booking approval. Teachers submit by term/week/period/room; on approval a temp timetable syncs to devices, giving temporary use a credential.
Device status & alarm. MQTT keeps board online status, logs up/down/sync anomalies, supports O&M view and export.
Access extension. Existing passage and valid-time fields can link locks to control room use by timetable and approval.
