Thank you for using the VF202 face device. Reading this document carefully will help you understand its functions and features, and quickly master its use and installation.

The VF202 runs Linux with 8GB storage, RS485, Wiegand, Ethernet and optional 4G. Face recognition is performed locally; the face library is stored on-device, and on success it outputs the person ID via one of the four methods above. It also supports under-screen card and Bluetooth wireless unlock, offering multiple passage modes. Highlights: 5-inch HD screen, voice broadcast, strong interactivity and usability.

Match the device interface pins to the cable board; facing the cable board, its left side corresponds to the device interface's second-layer pins.

After boot, long-press the unlock button below the screen to enter settings. Local users: add/delete/edit persons and credentials on-device. Network: configure WiFi/Ethernet. Cloud-ID: online person-cert verification after enabling. Help: QR code to tutorial.

Standard 9–24V supply, from host or standalone; over-voltage may damage. Do not disassemble. Avoid strong light on the lens/QR panel; keep them clean. Secure, insulated wiring to prevent short-circuit.
