Product Introduction The QT971 is an embedded scanner for kiosks, bus scanning and turnstiles, with USB/RS232/TTL outputs and optional card reading.

Device Configuration
Use ToolContent config tool; select model → next → choose options → generate config code → scan. Common config codes available in the tool.
FAQ
1, USB dev cannot connect → normal mode + power-cycle. 2, No response in dev → "the communication protocol". 3, Serial garbled → match baudrate. 4, Dev-mode data differs → protocol format (see the communication protocol (v2.13)).
