Thank you for using the Q350 scanner. Reading this document carefully will help you understand the device functions and features, and quickly master its use and installation.
Product Introduction The Q350 is a scanner developed for access-control scanning, with TTL, Wiegand, RS485, RS232 and Ethernet outputs and a built-in relay, suitable for turnstiles and access control.

Interface Definition
232/485 version: 1 VCC, 2 GND, 3 232RX/485A, 4 232TX/485B. Wiegand&TTL: 4 VCC, 3 GND, 2 TTLTX/D1, 1 TTLRX/D0. Single-Ethernet: 1 COM, 2 NO, 3 VCC, 4 GND, 5 TX+, 6 TX-, 7 RX+, 8 RX-. Ethernet+Wiegand: 5-pin relay + 4-pin (MC/D0/D1/GND).
Device Configuration
Use the configuration tool; select Q350 (tool shows M350); output/serial params; options; generate config code; scan; power-cycle.
Installation
Avoid strong light; tempered glass; keep metal 10cm from RFID antenna.
Precautions
1, 12–24V power. 2, No disassembly. 3, Avoid strong light; clean window; metal disturbs NFC. 4, Firm, insulated wiring.
