Product Introduction The MU86 is a scanner developed for access control, with Wiegand and 485 outputs (direct to traditional controllers) and Ethernet output with a built-in relay to control doors directly.

Reading: QR, PDF417, CODE, ISBN, ITF, EAN13, DATABAR, Aztec etc.; screen/paper; depth 15.9–75.68mm (15mil); ≥7mil; 100ms avg; tilt ±59.5°/rotate ±360°/skew ±63.5°; FOV H72.4°/V54.2°/D84.8°. RFID: ISO 14443A/B, ID, UID/M1; 13.56MHz; <5cm. Electrical: DC 12–24V; 100mA (12V typ.); 1200mW; relay DC30V/1A. Environment: ESD ±8kV air/±4kV contact; -20 to 70°C; 0–80000Lux.

485/Wiegand: POW/GND/SIGN/NC/COM/NO/WG_D1/WG_D0/485A/485B. Ethernet: direct 4-wire 568B (TX-/TX+/RX-/RX+) plus NC/COM/NO; see diagram.

Use the configuration tool; steps: select device → output → server address & behavior → scan config code.

Avoid strong light; tempered glass; keep metal 10cm from RFID antenna.

For Ethernet MU86: scan → upload to server → permission check → server returns value → relay opens door.
