Product Introduction The MC100 is a multifunction, multi-interface, compact scanner for many scenarios, supporting USB, RS232, WIFI and 4G outputs.

Precautions 1, No disassembly/modification. 2, Keep away from fire; cut power on smoke/overheat. 3, If dropped, cut power and contact support. 4, Stable placement; avoid moisture/dust. 5, No abrasive material on the window.

General: USB/RS232/WIFI/4G (Nano-SIM, China Mobile; contact factory for Unicom/Telecom); buzzer, speaker, color LED; 0.3MP CMOS; 640×480; Windows/Linux/Android/Mac; desktop; window 83×63mm; ABS+PC+tempered glass; white LED fill; USB / DB9 cable. Reading: QR, EAN, ISBN, CODE, UPC, ITF etc.; screen/paper; depth 0–130mm; ≥10mil; 100ms avg; 360°; FOV H77°/V60°. Electrical: DC 4.8–5.5V; 850mA (5V w/ voice); 4250mW. Environment: ESD contact 4KV (interface); -20 to 70°C; 0–80000Lux.

Download "Audio-UI Setup Tool" from the download center; configure voice via the tool (follow readme.txt format). Up to 6 voice clips: boot, Alipay, WeChat, other-code, success, fail.

Voice Announcement USB/RS232 normal mode uses preset voices; developer mode sends protocol commands to trigger voices 0–3. WIFI/4G normal mode requires "TCP protocol"/"HTTP protocol" output and the "voice prompt" option enabled; server returns "code=0000" → success voice, else fail voice. Developer mode supports TCP only.

Wiring diagrams; data cables per version; USB/RS232/WIFI/4G connection diagrams. Configuration: use the config tool; example USB-normal: select device → normal → USB keyboard → add CR/LF → generate config code → scan → power-cycle.

(1) Cannot connect config tool → use scan-to-configure. (2) No response → max phone brightness. (3) Serial dev → use protocol on the COM port. (4) Check WIFI via router. (5) 4G traffic → ask the SIM carrier.
