Thank you for using the CC101 access controller. Reading this document carefully will help you understand the device functions and features, and quickly master its wiring and installation methods.
Product Introduction The CC101 access controller is a front-end controller designed for deploying smart access-control systems. Combined with the 485 reader and the access-cloud platform, it enables intelligent access management including personnel management, visitor management, remote unlocking and traffic monitoring. It is suitable for banks, hotels, office buildings, smart communities and factories.

Product Parameters Communication: TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, RS485. Enclosure size (cm): 191×191×43. Power supply: 12VDC 5A, optional POE. Reader input format: RS485 115200 baud. Max readers: one pair. Door outputs: one group. Operating temperature: -30 to 70°C. Registered cards: 100,000. Offline record storage: 100,000. Data loss protection: high-speed flash design, never lost.

Terminal Description Port list: 1 Network port — connect the network cable (POE version optional, supports POE power). 2 Power port 1 — connect the power adapter (use either power 1 or 2). 3 Power port 2 — connect external 12V power. Reader port 1: A→reader 485A, B→reader 485B, +12V→reader VCC, GND→reader GND. Reader port 2: same wiring. 6 Exit button GND — connect exit button. 7 Fire button GND — connect fire button. Lock power V- — connect lock power. V+ — lock power positive. Door magnetic GND — connect lock door-magnetic detection (omit if none). SEN — magnetic sense input. Relay NO — normally open, COM — common, NC — normally closed.

Wiring notes: Before installation, cut external power (including lock power) and do not energize until wiring is complete. Before powering on, confirm the supply voltage is within the specified range. Exposed conductor of each terminal should not exceed 4mm; use a proper wire-stripping tool to avoid short circuits and communication faults from excess bare wire. Do not hot-plug terminals. Do not connect the controller and other high-current devices to the same outlet. Use the cable specifications specified in this manual. Power: use either power port 1 or port 2; if POE is fitted, the network port may also supply power.
