CoolCode TX200/400/800 terminals were deployed for attendance and access across offices, with multimodal face/QR/card reading.

How is multi-site staff managed?

A unified cloud platform manages all sites’ devices and permissions; HQ sees every site and pushes policies centrally.

Can it integrate with HR and attendance?

Yes. Open interfaces sync with HR and attendance systems so personnel moves auto-update permissions.

Can doors open if the network is down?

Edge devices run offline with local permissions; data syncs after the network returns, keeping normal passage.

Suzhou Tengfei Cloud Center — Co-working Renovation

Tengfei Innovation Park is a comprehensive business-park project by CapitaLand, located in Suzhou Industrial Park’s Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation Zone — an international new-type park aggregating HQ villas, Grade-A R&D offices, a commercial street and service apartments. Completed in 2011, it has 11 standard floors and ~6,500 m².

Today we detail the Tengfei Cloud Center co-working retrofit, launched in 2023 to build a more convenient, efficient co-working space.

For the retrofit direction, Cloud Center chose co-working to meet modern enterprises’ flexible-office needs, using dynamic QR scan for access — greatly improving convenience and security.

In the project, Cloud Center used CoolCode’s office-management system and MET QR access terminals. The management system intelligently manages office areas; the MET QR terminal, with efficient, stable performance, strongly safeguards space security.

In pre-construction needs confirmation, we communicated deeply with the client to understand their needs and provide the most suitable solution.

However, during construction we met difficulties — e.g., unstable network challenged deployment, but our team overcame them with experience and expertise.

Post-acceptance results satisfied users; many said QR access is very convenient and improves efficiency. Some real cases:
